Every print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Paper prints are signed, limited editions (except 8 X 10s) made with Epson professional printers and certified genuine inks. Prints are shipped either flat or rolled, depending on size. Metal prints have luminous, vibrant colors, are waterproof, less reflective than paper prints framed under glass, and come ready to hang.
I want you to be thrilled wih your purchase. If, upon receipt, your print arrives damaged, please call or email me. If possible, email me a digital photograph showing the damage to the shipping container and/or the print.

Upon confirmation that your print was damaged in shipment, I will send you a replacement print at no cost. If you are not fully satisfied with your print and want a refund, please call me. I will give you instructions for repackaging it, and a mailing address to use. For this reason, please keep all packing materials – tissue, protective sleeve, mailing, tube, etc. - that accompanied your print to re-use for the return.

NOTE: An undamaged print that is returned to me in damaged condition due to improper packaging by the sender may reduce the refund amount.
